Purchase of an artwork transfers ownership of the physical object only.

All of the following rights remain exclusively with the artist:

• Publication rights

• Digital rights

• NFT and blockchain minting rights

• Licensing rights

• Merchandising rights

• Adaptation rights

• AI dataset usage rights

No collector, buyer, gallery, brand, or third party may reproduce, scan, digitize, print, license, tokenize, publish, or commercially exploit the artwork without prior written consent.

Prohibited Uses

The following actions are strictly prohibited without written authorization:

• Creating prints or reproductions

• Minting artworks as NFTs

• Using images for commercial branding or merchandise

• Uploading artworks to AI or machine-learning datasets

• Altering or modifying the artwork

• Publishing images in books, media, or digital platforms

• Using artworks for advertising or promotional campaigns

Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in civil and criminal legal action under Indian law.

Moral Rights

The artist retains moral rights over all works, including the right of attribution and the right to integrity of the work.

No artwork may be distorted, altered, or modified in a way that harms the artist’s reputation.
