Shipping & Delivery
Each artwork is prepared and packed with the highest level of care.

Works that are available for sale are dispatched within 20-30 working days from payment confirmation. Delivery timelines thereafter are determined by the respective courier partner.

Shipping is charged on actuals and depends on the size, weight, destination, and packaging requirements of the artwork.

Dispatch is facilitated through established logistics partners including Blue Dart, DHL, FedEx, and UPS, depending on the destination and shipment specifications. Upon dispatch, the finally shipping invoice will be issued, based on actual charges, which are to be settled before the artwork is dispatched.

Once the artwork has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for transit lies with the respective logistics provider. Tracking details will be shared once the shipment is dispatched.

For international collectors, customs duties, VAT, and import-related charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Authenticity
Every artwork is an original creation.

Each piece is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity detailing the title, medium, dimensions, year of creation, and the original signature of the artist. This certificate confirms the provenance and originality of the work.

 

Commissions
Commissioned works are developed through a considered and collaborative process.

Timeline and completion dates are determined after the initial briefing and are communicated individually for each project.

A 50% non-refundable advance confirms the commission. The remaining 50% is payable upon completion and prior to dispatch.

Each commissioned work is unique and created specifically for the collector.


Returns
Due to the singular and original nature of the artworks, all sales are final.

Ownership of the physical artwork transfers upon purchase, while intellectual property rights remain with the artist.

Artwork Care

Oil and Acrylic Paintings
Display away from direct sunlight and excessive humidity. Dust gently using a soft, dry cloth. Avoid moisture and chemical cleaners.

Charcoal Works
Avoid direct contact with the surface. Framing under glass is recommended.

Leather-Based Works
Store in a dry environment. Avoid prolonged sunlight exposure and contact with moisture.

Ink on Rugs
Do not machine wash. Avoid water or liquid cleaning solutions. Clean only using a gentle vacuum from a slight distance.

Governing Law
All policies are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction rests exclusively with the courts of [Goa], India.
